Privacy Policy
01Controller
The controller of personal data described here is Westhome Commerce LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 19533, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States ("westt", "we"). Contact: hello@westt.me.
For personal data contained in content our customers process through the Service, the customer is the controller and we act as processor under a data processing agreement.
02Data we process
- Contact & inquiry data — name, email, company and the content of your message when you write to us. Our website contact form composes an email in your own mail client; the website itself does not store form submissions.
- Account data — workspace name, user names and emails, roles, billing details.
- Usage data — agent execution history, credit consumption, logs and diagnostics needed to operate and secure the Service.
- Customer content — documents and data you connect or upload for agents to process (as processor, per Section 01).
03Purposes & legal bases (GDPR)
- Providing and operating the Service — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Responding to inquiries — legitimate interest or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b), (f)).
- Billing, accounting and tax — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Security, abuse prevention and service improvement — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Marketing communications, if any — consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), withdrawable at any time.
04Sharing & processors
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our instructions — hosting, AI model providers, email, billing and support tooling — under data processing agreements, and with authorities where the law requires. A current list of subprocessors is available on request at hello@westt.me.
05International transfers
We are a US-based company and data is processed primarily on US infrastructure. Where personal data of EEA/UK individuals is transferred to the US or other third countries, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary measures as needed.
06Retention
- Inquiry correspondence — up to 24 months after the last contact.
- Account and billing records — for the contract term and statutory retention periods.
- Customer content and execution history — for the contract term; exportable for 30 days after termination, then deleted.
07Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest; where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Write to hello@westt.me. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may also lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country.
08Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk — encryption in transit, access controls, logging and least-privilege administration. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you of personal data breaches as the law requires.
09Cookies
This website currently sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google when a page loads; Google's own privacy policy applies to that request. If we add analytics or other cookies, this section and a consent mechanism will be updated first.
10Changes & contact
We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be notified. Questions and requests: hello@westt.me.
