westt Agent infrastructure SYS.01 — Operational EST. 2026
09 / About

Software should do the work, not just hold it.

westt exists because most business software is a filing cabinet with a login. It stores the work and waits. We build the other kind — agents that pick the work up and finish it.

09.1 / Thesis

Every business runs on a layer of repetitive, structured work that nobody was hired to do — yet everybody does it.

Reading documents into systems. Researching the same questions. Qualifying the inbound. Moving data between tools that don't talk to each other. It's not strategy and it's not craft; it's throughput. And throughput is exactly what machines are for.

Our position is simple: this layer should be operated, not staffed. You describe the job once, an agent executes it every time after that, and every run leaves a record you can audit. People move up the stack to the judgement calls; the workforce underneath scales by configuration, not by hiring.

That's what "a digital workforce around your business" means. Not a chatbot in the corner — an operating layer under it.

09.2 / Principles

How we build.

P.1

Outcomes, not activity

An agent's job is the finished task, not an impressive transcript. We measure completions, and we price capacity in credits you can count.

P.2

Audit everything

Autonomy without a record is a liability. Every run is logged step by step — what the agent read, decided and did — inspectable at any time.

P.3

Your data stays yours

Content you process belongs to you, and so do the outputs. We're infrastructure, not a data business.

P.4

Meet the stack where it is

Agents work inside the tools a business already runs — documents, CRM, APIs — instead of demanding a migration first.

P.5

Boring reliability

The tenth thousand run should look like the first. Consistency is the whole product; demos are easy, Tuesdays are hard.

P.6

Plain pricing

Four packages on one page, bought outright — a unit of capacity anyone can reason about, and no subscription running in the background. Negotiation theatre starts at Enterprise, where it belongs.

The thesis is cheap to test: hand us one task, and judge the finished run — not the pitch.
